Hello, I'm Lucy

I set up Little Movers because I have seen how much difference the right support at the right time makes, and how hard it can be for families to find it. My background is NHS paediatric physiotherapy with children and young people aged 0 to 19, and I also work alongside private specialists.

What families say

“We brought our little boy to Lucy after noticing he always turned to one side. She was so gentle and reassuring from the moment we walked in. Within a few weeks we saw a huge improvement in his head turning and tummy time.”

Parent of a baby boy, head turning

“We saw Lucy for our daughter, who was struggling with her balance and was becoming nervous about climbing and running. Lucy made her feel instantly comfortable and turned every session into play. The difference in her confidence has been incredible and she is now able to join in at nursery without challenges.”

Parent of a school-age girl, balance and confidence

“Lucy visited our child at school and worked closely with the staff to understand his coordination difficulties. This was a massive help to not only our son but allowed school staff to be involved and meant we didn't have to leave work for him to receive his physio.”
