One place for your child's appointments, forms and everything we've shared with you. No app to download, and it works on a phone.
Sign in
Your portal (Jane calls it “My Account”) is part of Jane, the secure system we use to run the practice and keep your child's records. You'll set up your own account with a username and password, either while booking online or from the welcome email we send once your first appointment is booked. If you ever forget your details, use the “forgot your username or password” link on the sign-in page to reset them by email.
If you have more than one child with us, one account covers the whole family: we link your children's profiles so you can book, pay and manage everyone's forms from a single sign-in.

Your child's information is safe
Everything about your child lives in one secure system, held on UK servers, and only you and your physiotherapist can see it. This website holds no health information at all, which is deliberate: one record, one place, properly protected.
