We collect only the information we need to care for your child safely and to run the practice: contact details, relevant history you share with us, and clinical records of our assessments and treatment.

Clinical records are stored securely in Jane, our practice management system, on servers in the United Kingdom. We keep them for as long as the law requires for children's health records, and no longer. The website itself does not store health information: enquiry messages are sent to our practice mailbox and are not saved in a website database.

If you message us on WhatsApp, those messages are held by WhatsApp and on the practice phone. Please keep medical details for your appointment, and we will move anything clinical into Jane.

We never sell your data and never use it for marketing without your explicit consent. We share information with other professionals (such as your GP or your child's school) only with your agreement, or where we are required to by law or safeguarding duty.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about your child, ask us to correct it, or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Business contacts: to let local organisations know about our services, we keep the work contact details that schools, nurseries, GP practices, clinics, sports clubs and similar organisations publish themselves, such as a school's office email or its SENCO's name and work email. We collect these from official directories and the organisations' own websites, and hold nothing about children or families in this list. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. Every email we send says why you are receiving it and has an unsubscribe link; once you unsubscribe we never email that address again. To have your details removed altogether, email [email protected].

Little Movers Physiotherapy is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller, registration number ZC248255.

The website's chat assistant answers general questions about the practice, mainly outside Lucy's usual hours, using only the published information on this site. It does not diagnose or give clinical advice, cannot access your child's records, and should never be given personal or medical details. Your questions are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply; this website does not save the conversation.
