BookHome and school visits include travel within 10 miles of North Walsham. Beyond that, extra travel time is charged at £10 for every additional 10 minutes, and the total is confirmed before booking.
Treatment blocks
Treatment blocks are for follow-up sessions, after an initial assessment (booked and paid for separately). They are paid in advance and include a personalised programme and a progress summary. A block of 4 is valid for 3 months and a block of 6 for 5 months.
- Unused block sessions can be swapped for online sessions, one for one. Blocks are not refundable.
- Block sessions follow the normal cancellation policy: a late cancellation or missed session is taken from the block.

Report prices depend on length and complexity and are agreed before any work begins.
Good to know
- No GP referral is needed. Receipts are provided for insurance claims.
- Private health insurance: we are completing registration with AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, Aetna, WPA and Healix, and will confirm here as each goes live. We are not currently able to accept Bupa. Until then we provide receipts and anything you need to claim.
- Blocks are reviewed at the end, and we are honest about whether more sessions are needed.
- Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the full session fee. See our cancellation policy.
