We're not an emergency service. If your child is unwell or injured and you're worried, contact your GP, NHS 111 or 999.

Book an assessment

Booking is handled by Jane, our practice system. You will be asked to complete a short consent form and a background form before your first appointment, and you can rearrange later from the same place.
