Cancellation policy

Notice period: cancellations require 24 hours' notice. With 24 hours or more, there is no charge and the slot can be offered to another family.

Late cancellations: cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at the full session fee.

Missed appointments: appointments missed without notice are charged at the full session fee.

Treatment blocks: sessions within a treatment block follow the same policy. A late cancellation or missed session is deducted from the block.

Illness: we would much rather you rearrange than bring a poorly child to a session. One illness-related cancellation per family per year may be waived, at the physiotherapist's discretion.

If we ever need to cancel, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer the next available appointment, with no charge to you.
